Pictures from the annual Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia / Lymphoma Society of Iowa. These diseases like all forms of cancer are so deblitating to not only those who get this horrible disease, but also to their friends and family. Please donate what you can, every little bit helps. Their website is at http://www.LightTheNight.org/ia I’ve personally lost several friends and family members to cancer, this disease needs to be stopped and with our help it will be!
Also, a special thanks to Stephanie (Stubby) Webb for helping out at the last minute! 🙂
Carrie and Abe were married on September 26, 2009 at Brosh Chapel in Solon. While it started out a little on the rainy side, the day turned out awesome. The best part is when Carrie was being walked down the aisle by her father, the light rain totally stoped about the same moment she walked out the doors! I call that a good Omen! grin We went out to Lake MacBride after the ceremony, just as the sun was starting to set. The clouds from the days rains helped make for just a beautiful sunset and we were able to get some wonderful sunset shots of Carrie and Abe!
I want to say a very special thank you to Carrie and Abe for letting us participate in their special day and allowing us the time to photograph them at Lake MacBride during the sunset. May you have a lifetime of happiness together!
I also want to say a special thank you to Jaime Moquin for her terrific 2nd camera work, girl you have got talent and a great eye! 🙂
Hope you enjoy the slide show and the images! Don’t be afraid to leave a comment and tell us what you think!
